Based in the Weston gym Sweat FA, Nicola Riney has her own private therapy room where you can feel welcomed and relaxed when you are being treated.
Nicola specialises in Sports Massage, Full Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Neck, Back and Shoulders and Reflexology and works every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-2pm and every other Saturday 10am-2pm. You can also request Wednesday evenings 6pm-8pm.
After travelling to India, Nicola is now introducing Ayurvedic Massage, an ancient lifestyle practice which aims to create harmony within the body. Shortly after, she will be incorporating Shirodhara another form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead.
