Icarus Hines is Norfolk's premier butcher with over 30 years experience.
We are constantly looking at new ways of improving our services and product range and work hard to ensure the highest quality ingredients and where possible locally sourced products.
Although our shops are small they don't limit the size of our imagination and we take great pride in our display and creativity. Sheringham is a thriving town with a wealth of independent shops and businesses and we feel privileged to be part of the community.
We also stock Locally Dry Cured Bacon, Seasonal Game, Pork Pies, Free Range Eggs, Special Value Packs from our Chiller Counters as well as a selection of condiments, marinades, sauces and other tasty goodies.
The shop, although quite small, is like an Aladdin's Cave, with hopefully something for everyone.
Our Pigs are free range and all are reared in Norfolk as is our Beef and Lamb, We pride ourselves on putting quality and animal welfare first.
